AllChinaBuy Spreadsheet Buyer Safety Notes

No spreadsheet can guarantee a seller, product, payment, refund, or shipment. Good browsing starts by removing rows that ask for trust without evidence.

Do not trust hype alone

“Best,” “must buy,” popularity badges, and enthusiastic comments are not substitutes for current listing details. Keep claims separate from evidence you can inspect.

Photos should answer questions

Useful AllChinaBuy QC photos show the angles, measurements, construction details, or labels relevant to that category. Repeated beauty shots may look polished while leaving important questions unanswered.

Sizing matters more than popularity

Compare visible measurements with an item you already understand. Size letters can vary. When measurements or fit notes are missing, treat the row as incomplete.

Price needs context

Look at comparable items, included options, condition, and likely shipping burden. A low number by itself is not evidence of value.

Shipping weight changes the real decision

Consider both item and packaging weight. If a row omits weight for a bulky category, flag the uncertainty before saving it.

External links need checking

Confirm the domain, current destination, product match, options, and policies. A raw Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or Yupoo link can provide context but does not verify the listing or seller.

Red flags worth removing

  • The link destination does not match the row.
  • Photos are missing, duplicated, or irrelevant.
  • Sizing is important but no measurements appear.
  • Claims are absolute while details stay vague.
  • The row pressures you to act quickly.
  • Payment or support instructions appear outside official channels.
