AllChinaBuy Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

A row earns a place on your shortlist by answering practical questions—not by sounding popular.

The seven-point checklist

  • ☐ The item belongs in the category I am browsing.
  • ☐ Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
  • ☐ Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
  • ☐ Price makes sense beside similar finds.
  • ☐ Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
  • ☐ The row is not just hype or a vague label.
  • ☐ I can explain why I would save this find.

QC photos by category

AllChinaBuy QC photos should answer different questions for different items. Shoes benefit from side profiles, soles, toe shape, and sizing tags. Bags need dimensions, closures, lining, and hardware. Clothing needs front and back views, measurement points, fabric close-ups, and labels where relevant. A large photo set is not automatically a useful one.

Good row example

Specific and comparable

“Zip hoodie, chest and length shown, front/back/detail photos, size note, garment weight, current source link.” The row gives you reasons to compare.

Weak row example

Vague and unsupported

“Best hoodie, must buy.” One cropped image, no measurements, no weight, and a link whose destination is unclear.

One-sentence save rule

Save a find only when you can name the evidence that keeps it on the shortlist.

What to do next

Compare the row with two or three similar entries. If weight may change the value, read the shipping weight guide. If the link or claims feel unclear, use the buyer safety notes. You can also return to category browsing or check the FAQ.
